Clients never see the VonaHub name or footer; they see only your brand. Everything is set up with a live preview, and readability is checked automatically.

Define your brand
In Settings, open "Show your own brand", name your portal and upload your logo for light backgrounds plus a white logo for dark ones.

Choose Classic, White, Navy band, Dark or Dark band, then change the accent color, page background, header band color, font and corner style.

Add a welcome message and contact details
Write the welcome message clients see first in the portal, and add your website, email address and phone number to the footer.

Check the live preview on the right. Once saved, the approval portal, PIN screen and report emails open with your agency's identity.

A logo for every background
Upload one logo for light backgrounds and a white one for dark backgrounds, so your mark stays crisp on dark themes and colored header bands.
Color, background and header band
Set the accent color, the page background and the color of the header band that holds your logo, title and welcome area. Pick a dark background and the portal opens in dark mode.
Fonts and corner styles
Eleven fonts, from Plus Jakarta Sans, Inter, Poppins and Montserrat to serif options like Lora and Playfair Display; corners can be round, soft or sharp.
Automatic readability
Text and button colors adapt to the background and keep at least 4.5:1 contrast (WCAG AA) on every surface. If needed, a color is darkened or lightened and you get a warning.
Your brand on the PIN screen
When a link is PIN-protected, the very first screen your client sees already shows your agency's logo.
Report emails in your name
The footer of report emails sent to clients carries your agency's name instead of VonaHub's.

What is a white label social media tool?

Will my clients see the VonaHub name in the portal?
No. With white label on, the portal and PIN screen open with your agency's name and logo, and the VonaHub name and footer are hidden. Report email footers carry your agency's name too.
My brand color is very light. Will text in the portal stay readable?
Yes. Text and button colors are chosen automatically for the background, keeping at least 4.5:1 contrast (WCAG AA) on every surface. If your color falls below that, it is darkened or lightened and you see a warning in settings.
Can the client portal use a dark theme?
Yes. Pick a dark page background and the portal opens in dark mode; the Dark and Dark band starting points are built for this. Upload your white logo for dark backgrounds so it stays visible.
