VonaHub Facebook Page management is a feature that lets you schedule posts, videos, Reels and Stories for a Facebook Page from a calendar, and answer Messenger messages and Page comments as a team from one shared inbox. The same post can be planned for Instagram at the same time, with the format chosen separately for each platform. If something goes wrong with the Page connection, your team gets notified.

Log in with Facebook and select the Page you manage. You need permission to create content and manage messages on that Page.

Upload an image or video, write the text and pick a format: Post, Video, Reels or Story. Select Instagram too and the same post is planned for both platforms.

Add a cover and schedule
Upload a cover image for videos and Reels, then place the post on the calendar at the day and time you want.

Messenger messages and comments on your Page posts land in the inbox. Assign conversations to teammates and reply to comments as your Page.

Plan together with Instagram
Plan the same post for Instagram and Facebook in one go. The format is chosen per platform, for example Reels on Instagram and a video on Facebook.
Video and Reels covers
Upload a cover image for video and Reels posts. Facebook has no frame picker from the video; the image you upload is used as the cover.
Messenger and comments in the inbox
Messenger messages and Page comments are collected on one screen. Comment replies are posted publicly as your Page; Meta's 24-hour messaging rule applies in Messenger.
Connection health
If a Page permission is lost or the connection breaks, your team is notified. "Reconnect" renews the permissions and the inbox history is kept.
AI auto-reply for Messenger
With AI auto-reply on, Messenger messages are answered using your brand voice, product catalog and FAQ; when a teammate writes in a conversation, the AI steps back there.

How do I schedule posts on a Facebook Page?
Log in with Facebook and connect the Page you manage to VonaHub. Then create the post, choose its format and set a date and time on the calendar; it is published on your Page at that time.
Can I post Reels on Facebook?
Yes. Upload a video and choose Reels as the format, and the post is scheduled as a Facebook Reel. You can upload an image as the cover; Facebook has no frame picker from the video.
Can I set up an auto-reply for Messenger?
Yes. With AI auto-reply on, Messenger messages are answered using your brand voice, product catalog and FAQ. When a teammate writes in a conversation by hand, the AI automatically goes quiet in that conversation.
Can I manage Facebook comments in one place?
Yes. Comments on your Page posts land in the VonaHub inbox and are answered publicly as your Page. You can assign conversations to teammates and open saved replies with "/".
Why can't I reply to an old Messenger conversation?
Under Meta's 24-hour messaging rule, Pages can reply freely within 24 hours of the person's last message. After that window a reply may not be delivered; the same rule applies in VonaHub.
What happens if my Facebook connection breaks?
If a Page permission is lost or the connection breaks, your team is notified. Use "Reconnect" to renew the permissions; message and comment history in the inbox is not deleted.
